ORDER CHANGES

  • For made to order items, order changes must be made before item enters production. Any order changes should be emailed to us or entered into Contact Us form within 1 hour of order placement. Once item enters production, we are no longer able to change your order.
  • For small batch production items, order changes must be made before item is shipped. Any order changes should be emailed to us or entered into  Contact Us form within 1 day of order placement. Once item is shipped, we are no longer able to change your order.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you select correct size and style at checkout, and reviewing your order before placement.
  • Item type will be specified in product description.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of items ordered and destination location of package.
  • At Liv's House, some of our items are made to order, and others are made in small batches. Order processing time depends on which type of item is being purchased. Item production type is noted in the product description.
  • Small Batch Production Items
    • These include but are not limited to: hoodies, crewnecks, shorts, sweatpants, and select hats.
    • Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders.
    • Please allow additional 5-8 business days for shipping.
  • Made to Order Items
    • These include but are not limited to: prints, tees, totes, select hats, mugs, tumblers, phone case, laptop sleeves.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and production on all orders.
    • Please allow additional 5-8 business days for shipping.
  • Combination Orders
    • If your order  includes a combination of small batch production and made to order items, the two categories will be shipped in two separate packages with two separate delivery dates. 
  • Additional Notices
    • Should additional processing time be necessary, this will be communicated to you (the "Buyer" and/or "Client") prior to checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, but cannot be guaranteed. We do not suggest ordering items needed for strict delivery dates.
    • We are not responsible for orders not arriving by a certain date and will not offer a refund.
    • Items are not delivered on weekends, the pick up day will not count as a day in transit, and orders placed on Fridays will process the following Monday.
    • A valid street address is required, as FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
    • We are not responsible for the following:
      • USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays. Please contact USPS or FedEx directly with shipping questions or concerns.
      • Packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been made.
      • Items delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If a package is returned to sender back to us, we will contact you. Reshipments must be made within 5 business days, and are subject to a reshipment fee.
      • Additional customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Changes to shipping address must be made before item ships. Once the item is in the hands of the shipping carrier (ex. FedEx, UPS, etc.) we are no longer able to change the shipping address.
  • Any changes to shipping address should be emailed to us or entered into  Contact Us form within 1 day of order placement. 
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you enter accurate shipping address at checkout.

SIZE CHART

  • Sizing information is available on our Size Chart page. 
  • There may be slight variation in sizing (up to 0.5 inches) from size chart to actual product. This is standard, and to be expected.
  • All sizes are unisex. 
  • Size up for an oversized fit. 

GARMENT CARE

  • Turn item inside out and machine wash on cold.
  • Wash pieces with like colors.
  • Hang to dry.
  • Liv's House is not responsible for damage to items caused by not following Garment Care instructions. 

RETURNS

  • At Liv's House, some of our items are made to order, and others are made in small batches. Return policy is dependent on which type of item is being purchased. Item production type is noted in the product description.
  • Small Batch Production Items
    • These include but are not limited to: hoodies, crewnecks, shorts, sweatpants, select hats.
    • These items are eligible for return with 2 weeks of order purchase. Must be returned in original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
    • All returns will be in exchange for a Liv's House Gift Card valid for 12 months from return date. 
    • Returns will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your Gift Card total. Gift Card total will be equal to cost of item being returned (not including taxes, shipping, or additional fees), minus the $10 return shipping fee. 
  • Made to Order Items
    • These include but are not limited to: prints, tees, totes, select hats, mugs, tumblers, phone cases, laptop sleeves.
    • These items are made to order, just for you! For this reason, they are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Take special care to ensure you order the right size and style.
    • Incorrect Item: If you receive the incorrect item (color, size, or otherwise) please email a photo to sunshine@livshouse.com and we will exchange for the correct piece your ordered.
  • Additional Notices
    • Items considered final sale (made to order or marked final sale otherwise) will not be accepted for any return options.
    • Products eligible for return must be returned in original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
    • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
    • Store credit gift cards will remain valid for use within 12 months of issue date.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If your item arrives damaged in production or shipping, please email a photo to sunshine@livshouse.com for further assistance. We are perfectionists, and will make it right.
  • Liv's House is not responsible for damage to items caused by not following Garment Care instructions. 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

  • If you receive the incorrect item (color, size, or otherwise) please email a photo to sunshine@livshouse.com and we will exchange for the correct piece your ordered.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you select correct size and style at checkout, and reviewing your order before placement.
